Ragna Boerma

Ragna Boerma received her medical degree from the University of Amsterdam in 2012. In 2014, she obtained a Master’s degree in global health from the University of Barcelona and the Instituto de Salud Global (ISGlobal) in Barcelona.

Ragna is currently working as a PhD student at the AIGHD on the Monitoring of Antiretroviral drug Resistance in Children (MARCH) project, led by prof. Tobias Rinke de Wit. Her research focuses on antiretroviral treatment for children living with HIV in sub-Saharan Africa. Her PhD supervisors are prof. Tobias Rinke de Wit and prof. Michael Boele van Hensbroek. Her PhD co-supervisors are dr. Job Calis and dr. Kim Sigaloff.
