Constance Schultsz appointed Professor of Global Health

Dr C. Schultsz (1965) has been appointed professor of Global Health, in particular emerging infectious diseases and antibiotic resistance, at the University of Amsterdam’s Faculty of Medicine (AMC-UvA).

Constance Schultsz conducts research into antimicrobial resistance and emerging infectious diseases. She focuses on bacterial infections which are transmitted from animals to humans, diagnostic and epidemiological research, specifically in the area of antibiotic resistance, and healthcare interventions in low and middle income countries.
